With its glacial mountains, massive
ice fields, dramatic fjords, cascading waterfalls and sky blue
lakes, southern Patagonia is paradise for anyone who loves stunning
landscapes and the great outdoors.
For the best views of the closest icefield to the Equator,
the highest peaks in the Andes and the most breathtaking landscape
on earth, take our fly-in/fly-out journey with pilot, Mark Kniprath.
Much of this wild wonderland can only be accessed by float plane
and Mark knows every remote and gorgeous inch of it.
Flying provides a dizzying panorama of vistas for nature lovers.
Venturing to the remotest regions of Patagonia, we will day hike
where few have ever trodden, returning each day to the deluxe comforts
of the Heart of the Andes Lodge to recount our travels, warm ourselves
at wood-burning fires and relax in gracious splendor.
